Went for online interview proceeded by interview at their office. Agree with previous poster about the long winded form. Typical SG SME, promise so much, and boast so much about how good their company is, but is ultimately still an SME for a good reason. Interview was also long winded. Was informed that trainee pay was only $2.8k.
