Interview
Very daunting. It was a small room with 3 interviewers. I was asked general questions are the application I submitted and was requested to rely on my past experience to provide credible references/answers to the questions posed. I utilised the STAR framework for this.

1 stage process. A panel of three, hiring manager, head of industrial relations and a manager from technology. competency based questions, think there was 5. Presentation with 30 minutes with 10 minutes to present. Complex Case study provided with four questions to answer.
