Interview
Prospective employees do an initial screening and then you move onward to a panel. After that I am unsure what the process is, but I did not make it further than the panel.
My interview process consisted of three rounds with different people in the organization. One of the rounds included a work sample related to the project I would be working on. They were personable, genuinely curious in me as a person and a professional.
