2 separate interviews for 2 positions. Interviews seem fine and easy going, had 2 interviews in one day for one position and the 2nd position, only made it the first round.
I don’t know why I went for another position when I was disappointed with the 1st. Both times they ghosted and didn’t reply to follow ups. It’s really unprofessional and inconsiderate to the emotional investment they should know an educator would make with a community program.
At least let your candidates know you’ve decided to move on. Keeping people in Limbo is a reflection of your management and shows why you’re always hiring.
