The interview process started with a phone interview, an in person interview, followed up an interview with the CEO. The interview process was easy, with silly questions such as if you could be a tree, what would you be, and if you were an animal, what animal would you be. Seems like a very stuffy environment. I was ask a VERY inappropriate question during the in person interview "We drug test and I know you were in the service industry so I need to make sure you don't do drugs and would pass a drug test." Not sure that's even a legal question, and also haven't been in the service industry for years. Needless to say, I did not want to work for this company.
