Interview
The interview was pretty fast. I was supposed to be interview by the CEO, Creative Director, and CTO. The CTO didn't even involve in the interview process. It looks like CEO and CTO looked at my resume just at the time I walked into the room, so they asked experiences I even had not obtained. That is weird and somewhat disrespectful.

Interview
I submitted my resume during a career fair and heard back after a few weeks. I was interviewed by the CCO and the CTO, but they were 15 minutes late because their meeting ended late. Honestly, I didn't know what role they were interviewing me for and they didn't even specify when I got the interview invite (I wasn't sure whether I should ask). They asked me questions related to design and software engineering based on my resume. The CTO looked really unhappy since the beginning of the interview. Overall their interview seems unorganized and they should really list times they are actually available.

Interview
It was okay, it was in an office with 4 other people around doing work. Their was no privacy, and you could see the other employees reaction to your answers.
