Eighty6 Marketing interview questions

Round 1 was brief, straight to the point, asking what 3 qualities I possess as a person. I was asked if moving up to management really quickly is something I'm looking for because thats what they want.

Was interviewed twice by the company manager. First interview was in their small office. The next was in a Fry's store with one other interviewee. Essentially the job was described as you start off in the minimum wage pay scale but can earn commission when you exceed your sales goals. After you master selling you supervise other employees but can also sell yourself. Job was a sales job not a marketing job.
