Gave an offer but suddenly rescinded the offer after making me wait for an extra month due to "an internal leadership change." Unprofessional. Interview process: 2 behavioral/case, 1 take-home case + presentation, final round

The interviewers were professional and the initial discussion was positive. However, after being invited to a second interview, it was cancelled and I was encouraged to apply for a different role. After doing so, I received a generic rejection without any explanation. The lack of clear communication and feedback made the process confusing and time-consuming.
