Interview
First step was the telephone call and interview with the Manager of Marketing and Sales followed by a one to one meeting with the CEO together with the manager.
The second step was the negotiating of salary, benefits as well as pension via telephone.
The final step was to sign the contract.

I have never had any difficulties to meet people one to one but during the interview the CEO used the body language in an unexpected way, so remember that it is not just the questions but also the way we communicate.
