The interview was not as challenging. Was asked a few basic questions such as my availability, my preferred work hours. Basically about it. It took 3 whole weeks for the HR to get back to me whether my employment was confirmed. And an additional 3-6 weeks for the top management to sign the contract to confirm the employment.
