Interview
The process is tedious for a low-paying job. There were two interviews on the university campus, technical and HR and then after shortlisting, there was another interview with the MD of the company at the company headquarters. For a fresher, this process is tedious.

The technical interview revolved around ongoing projects in the college, some basic mechanical knowledge.
HR interview revolved around strengths, problem solving and questions like " What will you do if you are not offered a position in the field you want to work in?
