There’s a one on one preliminary interview with a senior manager first, which doesn’t last very long; it took between 15-20 mins maximum. They basically just test you on your long term goals and ask you about your ambitions etc to gauge whether you’d be tenacious enough to deal with sales. They also give you a brief outline of what the management development program consists of, and what a successful candidate may expect in the entry level phase and if they were to progress, the rest of the phases.
If you get a round 2 interview, you get taken out on an observation day where you are tested on three main areas; student mentality, work ethic and attitude and perspective on different situations. The interview is a whole day event. If you pass all the tests, you get invited for a final interview where you fill out a questionnaire and have a one to one with a senior manager. You find out at the end of the same evening if you get the job or not.
