I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Elemy (Houston, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by a recruiter and discussed with her that my RBT was in voluntary inactive status. She said this was fine and we proceeded with the interview process. I was eventually offered a position and was told if I verbally accepted, we had a deal and I could go ahead and put in my 2 weeks notice. So I did. A couple days later, the same recruiter reached out to tell me that they were no longer able to pursue my employment with the company due to my RBT being in inactive status. It was extremely unprofessional as I'd told her from the very beginning about my situation and I had also put in my notice. She told me she'd love to reconnect in the future and to rescind my notice at my job, as if doing something like that was the norm.
The interview process was amazing! It was low pressure and the interviewer was super welcoming. She explained everything very thoroughly and made me excited to work at Elemy. She was able to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. She did ask me performance based questions but if you know how to do your job they aren’t difficult at all.
