I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Elevate Living (Des Moines, IA) in Oct 2021
Interview
I had two interviews, one with the regional manager, and one with the property manager directly after. Easy interview, but don’t be vague. The regional manager was nice. She asked me why I wanted to switch into real estate and I told her that I was about to get kicked off my health insurance and needed to find a job with benefits. They hired me, if that tells you anything.
