- HR Part (Getting to know each other)
- Codility Part(3 Core Java Questions)
- Technical Part (Some Fundamental Software Engineering Questions like concurrency, data structure)
- Team Fit Part (They tried to reduce my salary expectation under 53k annually)
Altough in the team fit interview they said that your technical qualifications are great but they didn't offer me. As a reason of rejection, they said that you didn't get a great score in codility part and don't use Kafka.
If my codility score was not great, why did they move my candidacy process to the technical part?
If my technical qualifications are not enough for the role at Elinvar, why did they let me pass all interviews?
I put time and effort into their four different interviews. I expected them to be more professional.

Q: What is the hardest technical challenge you had?
Q: What is the multithreading and concurrency fundamentals?
HR round, then short case study and then technical discussion. My all interview rounds went very well. But after everything, they rejected my profile for no reason and this is very annoying. These type of companies are simply playing with the candidates.
