It was a two interview process. Initially send in your resume, letter of recommendation from one person and one from your advisor. If your application passes you get two interviews, one with one person the second with two or three potential supervisors.

This was for a school internship, the interview was fine. They just asked basic interview questions like tell me more about yourself, why elite etc. I believe that the process was fast.
