Had a phone screen and then was offered an onsite. The interview itself was easy-going and relaxed. I had a 3 hour tech test afterwards that was fairly easy. I sent it back and then never heard from them. Disappointing that you can spend 4+ hours on interviewing with a company and not even receive an email back stating that they've gone with someone else.
