Interview
During the interview, they asked me about prior teaching experience. Then they gave me an actual AP Physics exam (multiple choice, covering AP Physics 1 and 2 material). After the exam was graded, I was interviewed a second time by the campus director. Then I taught a trial class. And then I was hired.
Contacted by their HR. Interviewed once with HR, once with campus director. Took an AP Physics sample exam to prove knowledge of subject. Taught a demo class to prove competency in teaching.
