Elite Group (Canada) interview questions

My first impression of the company was a great one, beautiful office and very well located. Was very excited at the prospect of working here at first, until I went through with the interviews. After having dealt with different HR people over the years, the experience in this case was unprofessional. At first the line of questioning was appropriate but then quickly went downhill. I was asked some ridiculous questions totally unrelated to the work itself or my experience and then went on to meet a department head who asked me if I had children or was planning to, THAT IS ILLEGAL and this is why I'm taking time out of my day to put up this review. Even if I got an offer from this company, based on the HR person and this mans questions I would not work there.

They got in touch with me via Linkedin. Met with director of HR. Basic questions pertaining to production, she then asked for references and I then met with head of the department I would be working for.
