Interview
First interview asked about myself and background. Why I was looking to work there, and I was educated about the process. The first interview was under 15 minutes to qualify for the second interview. I was invited for a second interview the next day for 9:15, but had was in the waiting room until 9:45, I mentioned having to leave and they rushed through the second interview which was complete by 9:55. I specifically said I was not interested in the position, and took back my resume. A few hours later, they said I did well with the interview and they offered me a position.

Interview
I was invited for an interview. The Interview took probably no more than 8 min. Then, I was invited for a 2nd interview, it had to be at 11:30, there was no negotiation on the time, they would not do earlier or later in the day, however I was able to switch the day. They said the hours were 10am-7:30 pm and that the interviewers were "out with clients" after 11:30. They did not say in the interview exactly what I would be doing, and they did not give me a chance to ask any questions. The interviewer spoke extremely quickly.
