Ellis Parking interview questions

Very unorganized and choppy. Communication was slow and inconsistent. Overall process and procedures for hiring were not communicated well. Video robot interview followed by a phone interview then video chat interview all before the job overview was even communicated. No ability to ask questions at any stage of the process.
