Initial interview was via the telephone. This was geared more towards getting background information on me and my related experience as well as to provide me with some details on the position. This had gone well and I was invited to meet for a face to face interview. During the face to face interview I was interviewed by a panel of four individuals representing different disciplines (network, compute, storage, virtualization, security). I was told that this had gone real well and I was subsequently asked to complete a job application. Although the initial post interview feedback was very positive, I was ultimately informed that I was unsuccessful. I give them a positive rating because they were professional and courteous.
