The first call was only 15 min and the interviewer seemed underprepared and slightly unprofessional. Only got asked about 3 questions. Also, when joining the call, it was silent. No 'hello' or 'how are you'. To summarize the call was quite awkward and it felt like this interviewer had never done this before.
