The application consisted of a resume and a short statement of interest. I was emailed back about a month later about an interview. There was only one in-person interview. I was interviewed by three people who were very enthusiastic and not intimidating. The office atmosphere is very casual, and there are about 15 people who work in the office. The people at the company do genuinely care about their work and each other. My bosses truly wanted me to succeed and gave me the resources I needed to do that. I received an offer of employment about a week and a half after the interview.
