I was phone screened first then I met with the hiring manager. Everyone was very kind and the interview was casual. They got back to me with an offer within a week.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewer was professional and friendly, clearly explaining the role and the organization while also taking the time to learn about my experience and answer my questions. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely.
