The interview process was very conversational and allowed me to talk about my skills, business ethics and practices and to explore with the interviewer my suitability for the job. The interviewer made the conversation very relaxed and let me know the expectations of the job and what would be required of me. He also explained what I would have to start working with and was very encouraging in saying that I was the best fit for the job and wished me the best of luck in getting the job.
