Very informal interview with the head of department and a department member. It would be worth having a thorough background as to what the company does and its involvement in spray drying. They are a university spin out company, so a willingness to role change would also be advisable.
The interview continued during the site tour and finished with a sit-down and opportunity for questions. For the right candidate this process is very much an opportunity to excel with very little by way of nerves.
