Fake process to collect ideas/strategy from product managers in the market. They talk to you on the phone for about 10 minutes, asking basic questions. Then they send you a case study; you prepare it and send it to them and you do not hear from them ever again.

1. Initial phone call to ask regular boring stuff and trying to learn your salary expectations.
2. Case study that will take you a couple of days (which they assume should take couple of hours).
3. Presentation and technical interview around the case you prepared, where the interviewer will be busy not listening to you but answering work messages.
