Interview
The first step of the process is a cognitive exame. It was very extensive and long. In the end you receive the automatic report of your scores. If you pass to the second stage, you'll have a interview with HR. Their big focus is if you meet the company DNA. Overall I felt it was what they were looking for

Takes less than 30 days. Efficient in time management. Occurs in 3 stages 1. Qualifying exam 2. HR Call 3. Recruiting day with 3 interviews from 9-10AM All of the process is virtual
