Interview
They asked a general question focused on my personal interests, my attitude towards work, and what motivates me on a daily basis. It wasn’t technical. They also presented me with a case study question to solve.
CV screening followed by a Reasoning & Numerical Assessment, HR Round and finally a case interview.
Case interview focuses on your business logic skills, with the interviewer presenting an Excel file and asking questions which would require you to think logically and communicate your train of thought.

They presented an Excel File on the call and asked me about ratios I would consider and why to base my decisions. The interview is numerically driven and tests your logical thinking skills

Interview
The process was fast and organized. It started with a cognitive assessment and then a first short interview with one person. After that I got called for a second and final interview with two of my possible managers. The recruitment team was very nice. Questions are very related to the job and they use a lot of cases and hypothetical situations.
