Long, Intense. They are desperate to keep teacher since the turnover is high, but they do a through job with an interview. You will need to ask many of your own questions, like what extra duties you will take on and if you can get housing, only some lucky staff are offered housing.

What experience do you have working with Girls and with trans girls and non-binary kids, I though this was a girls school so this question really threw me off.
