The first initial interview was conducted by phone. It lasted approximately 15 minutes, and I was asked about my motivation, background, etc.
Then, I received a technical test that I had to return within 3 days. Mind that it contained a code task as well as a project management task... I had previous experience as a project manager, but I applied for a developer position, and the recruiter didn't mention the project management task beforehand.
Nevertheless, I completed both tasks (which were quite big). I was then invited for a technical interview that lasted 1 hour. We discussed both tasks, and at the end of the interview, I was still unsure for which role I was being interviewed for. I had more interest in the developer role, as I was in the middle of a career switch. However, I understood they were more interested in offering me a "hybrid" position, which didn't seem compatible with my expectations (getting experience in software development).
After that, they told me to inform them quickly if I was still interested in the role, which I did. However, they NEVER answered me and simply ghosted me... (Note that calling me multiple times to ask for further application details during the application process wasn't an issue before, though.)
So to conclude, I have the impression that this company doesn't have much consideration for the time of their applicants and potential future employees... And I do not recommend.
