The interview process is a three round process. The preliminary interview is with the hiring manager which describes the what the company does, the goals of the company, and what motivates the employees. The second round is with a lead account manager which goes over the day to day activities, salary, benefits, and the growth opportunities. The final interview is also with the hiring manager in which everything is wrapped up and all final questions are answered. Then the Human Resources manager reached out to me and offered the position!
