Interview
The interview process was very simple. I was asked to come in and they reviewed my resume while explaining more about what the office did.
They then proceeded to ask me about why I applied for the job, and what makes me a good candidate.
I was interviewed by two people. One from the corporation side, the other from the agency side.

What makes you interested in Economic development?
i had a brief phone interview few weeks after I applied for the position. They asked me about my resume and why i wanted to work at Empire State Development. It was very quick interview.

Interview
Firs step was a 15- 20 min. long phone interview with some basic question about yourself and your experience. For second round, I had to go to the office and interviewed the regional manager of different department followed by the group interview with the department head and other employees.
