I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Employ (MA) (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2019
Interview
Average process that became unprofessional towards the end. The core team/hiring managers were great. However, after 4 rounds of interviews it didn’t work out due to bad timing. Afterwards, the HR team would reach out every 2-3 months and wouldn't respond to emails they initiated...weird!
The team was straightforward about the process from the beginning. They moved each step along quickly yet were thorough during that particular step.
From my first call to the final stage of the process I felt very welcome and that the team was genuinely interested in learning more about me and my experience.
Some of the questions dove into previous decisions that I've made in my personal and professional life which was an interesting but refreshing take on the interview process!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Employ (MA)
Interview
I applied online and interviewed on-site - the process took about 3 weeks.
I connected with a recruiter almost immediately after I applied. The initial conversation was casual, but informative - Jackie did a great job describing the position and painting the culture at Jobvite.
The next step was a phone screen (another great call learning about the opportunities at Jobvite) and then I was invited for an on-site interview. I met with many of the senior executives, including the CEO, which was a pleasant surprise to see that all levels of the organization was part of the hiring process, then took a quick tour of the office space, and left with a positive experience.

Question 1
The questions were pretty standard, but trying to read and gauge the interviewer was a bit of a challenge at times.
