Applied for position via their website, got a call from HR to set up phone interview with them. After that I was offered a chance to interview with the director of the property. Met in the lobby of the hotel for the interview.

The Interview process lasted for about 2-3 months. I applied, heard back 3 days later and scheduled for an interview that same week. I then did not hear back until 6 weeks later saying my interview was successful.
