It consisted of one phone interview and an onsite interview where I talked to the tax manager as well as the VP of Finance. The phone interview was very basic and easy; it was basically all just background information about why I chose my school, major, and what I was looking for. Then I came into the headquarters in Schaumburg and spoke to two people. These were more behavioral questions where they asked me about my resume. It was mostly "tell me about a time when" type questions.
