Hiring manager sent me a link to a "digital interview" one-sided recorded interview. At the time I figured I'd give it a shot. It felt impersonal and they ended up ghosting me, so it taught me never again to do that. If a company doesn't value you enough to spend the 5min to make a phone call, don't waste your time either.
