It was a multiple-step process, but went quickly and they got back to me in a short amount of time. The interview was one of the best ones I have ever had in my life.

What was the hardest thing you have ever gone through in your life?
Encor Solar managers are inclined in getting to know you to see if you are a good fit. It is not a typical one on one interview, you actually get to see a presentation before you start interviewing.

Interview
It was very pleasant, they only ask a series of questions. You first watch a presentation about the company, pay structure, etc. Following this you have a roughly a 45 min one on one interview.
