It was a smooth process with great communication from Michelle (my recruiter). My in-person interview was stress-free and welcoming. All of my questions were answered and anything they needed to double-check on, was in a timely manner.

Question 1
What I felt my experience contributed to the floor.
I applied online. I interviewed at Endeavor Health
Interview
Very straightforward process. First stage is speaking with a recruiter then if values align, you will move onto the next stage of meeting with the hiring manager to discuss about your qualifications and experience, from there, it leads to a final panel interview with meeting multiple team members, managers, physicians, etc. The Final interview is similar to the second interview where you discuss about your experience and to see if you’re a good fit to mesh with the team.

Question 1
Recall a time where you took initiative on a task/project. What was the task? What was the outcome?
I applied online. I interviewed at Endeavor Health (Naperville, IL)
Interview
I went through five rounds of interviews only to not receive an offer. After the final interview, I was ghosted until I reached out myself for an update.
Communication throughout the process was also lacking. There were multiple instances where I had to follow up because I wasn’t receiving updates. For one interview, I never received the meeting details from the recruiter and had to reach out myself. The information wasn’t sent until Sunday night, right before the interview. Candidates shouldn’t have to chase down basic communication during the hiring process.
Everyone I met was very nice, but five interview rounds for an HR role felt excessive. Between the lengthy process and poor communication, it ended up feeling like a waste of everyone’s time.
