I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Energy Circle (Portland, ME) in Mar 2024
Interview
I spent a lot of time prepping for the interview and was told that the job wouldn't be available until Q3 of next year. I tried to put my disappointment aside and go through with the interview, but the interviewer seemed stressed and curtly ended things after just 15 minutes. I could have guessed from the application process that things would be complicated. I've done a LOT of job hunting in my life and I've never seen an application that required you to list your salary for all past positions. Very shocking. I thought I had abandoned the application process because I find that unacceptable, but they called me for the interview anyway. I guess I should have known better than to go through with it.
