They are a strange bunch though because they told me few people finish in the time limit and yet even if you do like me they want to see certain titles in your job history like lead etc to even be considered I was told afterwards. Technically passed all their tests but then stuck on titles?

      Question 1

Do fizzbuzz then do a series of ishape inheritance tests and architecture
      Answer question

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Energy Worldnet

      Interview

The core technical interview process consists of 3 main parts administered virtually via GoToMeeting: 1. Technical Assessment (1hr) - Two C# assessments covering beginner C# concepts such as logical constructs, basic math, and OOP. These should be simple to complete in Visual Studio for those that have a basic working knowledge of C#. - Two small JavaScript problems covering various well-known JavaScript constructs. Make sure to brush up on your JavaScript. - The assessment is recorded, but there is limited oversight during the assessment to reduce test anxiety. There is usually only one senior team member available to provide general direction and answer questions. - There are no external resources allowed (e.g. Google, Stackoverflow). You are expected to know beginner C# concepts by heart. 2. Technical Interview (30m-1hr) - Meeting with multiple senior team members with technical questions to gauge your overall experience and knowledge. 3. Team Meet & Greet (30m-1hr) - Meet the whole team and get to know who you might be working with. There may be a few technical questions from members not involved in step 2, but it's generally just to shoot the breeze. If you can make it past these, you are generally approved for hire. The remaining portions are a formality consisting of a personality assessment, management interview, drug screen, and background check. Compared to some other companies I've interviewed at, this assessment should be a walk in the park. Especially for those that claim to have many years of experience.
