Three-stages of interview process. The first stage was over the phone with the CEO to have a chat about the job role and about my CV. Then the CEO invited me in their office for an interview that lasted for 2.5 hours explaining me every detail of what the company does and introducing me with their team. After the first interview the CEO emailed me for an interview feedback and asked me to email how I will fit in their team. Will then invited me for a second stage interview with two of their managers. On the second interview I was asked additional questions about my CV and the job role that I applied for. One week after the second interview Will emailed me to let me know that I passed the interview process and that he will send me the job offer after we agree on a start date. After this email Will completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company!
