      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Energys (Billingshurst, England) in Jan 2020

      Recruitment consultant contacted me and arranged the interview, went for the interview where I was told that they couldn’t pay me the going rate (30 k a year) as they didn’t pay any of there guys that much because they think you don’t need to be fully qualified to carry out the electrical work they do.
