Interview
The interview began with my introduction, Then they asked if I had visited any steel plants. They asked about my favourite subject and asked around 10 questions from it. Total interview duration was around 10 to 15 minutes.

Asked about ductility and malleability. Then about the different heat treatment process.
It went good. Was mostly asked about my projects and core knowledge. The panel was of senior engineers and they asked about Industrial technical questions mostly. So having knowledge of designing of equipments is very advantageous.

Interview
Very smooth, Group discussion followed by interview was conducted. Overall a very good experience. Office is very good too. It is an epc company hiring for the role of management trainee construction and others of all branches.
