DISAPPOINTING SALARY OFFER!
Experienced National Drilling engineers with international experience get offered 46,000 Mexican pesos ~ 2000 USD per month. Half what other companies offer an experienced Drilling Engineer (Well Engineer)
3 months recriuting process, mainly performed via telephone or videoconference.
Company is interested in previous experience in the region Mexico South as Well Engineer, C1 English level is a must since managers do not speak spanish. Vacations: 10 days per year. Salary increase would depend on results and not inflation based increase.
The company does not take into account job location restrictions and life quality. Initial salary survey was terribly done resulting in poor salary offers for the expected experience a Drilling Engineer has.
