It was an in person interview that was scheduled from a phone call. Mostly getting to know you type questions and not technical. It was not a very extensive interview but resulted in a verbal offer which was a little unsettling and the overall atmosphere was a little unsettling.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ensil (Toronto, ON)
Interview
It is the worst experience during my 20 professional career, the interviewer should be the owner and when he knows I am not graduate from Canadian university, he stops the interview and ask me wait for feedback. The entire interview only takes 3 mins and I feel it is respectfulness. I spend 1 hour to fill up the application form (even they send me along with the email that I can complete in advance) and I never fill such long application form even I work in MNCs. Will not consider work for them no matter they will give me an offer or not.
Not recommend for talented people to apply because it will affect your confidence in job hunt. If you want to work in company with early 80’s style, you might try that.
By the way, their office is so old, I feel like sitting in a sense of western film, the poster in their conference room likes taken in 1970’s.
I got a face to face interview call after applying at Ensil. In the interview, the interviewer was the owner himself and he did not ask any question and told that come after six months. Right now, I do not feel you have enough experience for this job. I was so amazed that why did you call me at the first place for an interview if you felt I do not have enough experience which you are looking for. Did he get a chance to look at my CV before making an interview call? I drove 1 and a half hour to hear that I do not have enough experience.
I think this company did not even look at CVs and shortlist the candidates
Worst experience till now in my life with this company.
