You start by taking a short quiz on arrival. It is not a pass or fail grade, but it helps employer get to know you and the kind of worker you are. Get interviewed by a panel of individuals. Sometimes you might even get interviewed by an additional panel. You then do a physical, hearing, drug, and background test.
