A very confusing process that doesn’t feel genuine. I initially had an informal call and then was invited back for a video interview. It honestly felt more like a sales pitch rather than trying to find anything out about me. I didn’t have any opportunity to speak but was told how well I came across?? It just didn’t feel genuine, more of a number filling exercise.
