Interview
I highly recommend confirming that the company is looking to actively fill billable projects early in your process. Enterey was quick to schedule all four of my interviews, but I find it odd that they have candidates go through so many rounds without the ability to hire them. I understand that the company wants to quickly fill project staffing needs as the arise, but it seems like a waste of time for both parties to go through so many interviews on just a contingency basis.

Interview
Way too many interview rounds. I did 4 rounds and I got called back for a 5th. It just kept coming with no end in sight. I pulled out simply because it was a cumbersome and repetitive process. One interviewer was late and had a nasty attitude - asked unless questions.
And it turns out that they interview you with no intention of hiring. Simply to keep a “pipeline” of candidates to pull you in when they feel like it.
There was an interview where the interviewer just wanted me to ask him questions about him for 45 mins straight
Overall I got the vibe that it’s not the best place to work and has a selfish and weird culture

Interview
The interviewer was late and seemed annoyed to be conducting the interview and complained about something unrelated. There seemed to be a general disinterest and a waste of everyone's time.
